No Hidden Costs

There are no hidden costs. The cost to rent the equipment is $250/day* for a smaller speaker package or $325/day* for a larger speaker package plus sales tax. Nothing more and nothing less. It includes your speakers, microphones, the Chavet Gigbar 2, and the needed connection cables to plug everything together. The Gigbar works off of sound so no need for a light engineer or DJ to control the lights. The best part of our packages is that your day rental includes you picking up the equipment the day before your event, having it for your whole event, and then returning it the day after your event for no extra cost.

Do you set it up or do I?

That is up to you. If you want to come to our office and pick up the equipment, set it up yourself and return it, the cost is $250/day or $325/day plus sales tax depending if you choose the smaller or larger speaker package. That's it. If you feel like you don't have the skill set to hook all the equipment up, or just don't have the time to do it, we will do it for you. We charge $1.25 per mile charged both ways to set up and tear down the equipment the equipment. No hourly fees or surcharges. Gasoline is expensive and we need to be able to cover our cost while keeping the cost down for the individuals that want to pick it up themselves.

What area do we service?

We are located in Wausau, Wisconsin. If you are outside of Wausau and want to pick up the equipment, we don't really mind where the event is. If you want us to set it up and tear it down, keep in mind of the mileage fee of 75 cents per mile. Other than that, we will set it up almost anywhere in Wisconsin.

What is the difference between packages?

To get you the best product for your needs, we have two different packages. One is our smaller package which includes a 4000 watt speaker system using 12 inch subs and smaller array speakers. That package is great for smaller events such as small weddings, birthday parties, family reunions, etc.

Our larger package features a 8000 watt speaker system using 18 inch subs and much larger array speakers. These speakers will be great for larger events such as weddings over 100 people, outdoor events or wherever you want a bit more punch.

Both of our packages come with the Chavet Gigbar 2 and a wireless microphone setup.

We also have a karaoke add on which can be used with either speaker system. You get a rolling TV stand, a TV and a 25 foot HDMI cord to plug into your laptop so you can use your favorite karaoke software and have your own custom karaoke night.

Do you include a laptop or music?

We do not include an laptops or music. To keep our prices affordable, providing the laptop and music is not an option. This gives you the option to play the music from any device that you want like your phone, laptop, or iPod and create your own custom party.
